Albert Einstein International School

The American International School in San Pedro Sula, Honduras

Congratulations Mrs. Milagros Barrera

On behalf of the entire AEIS community, I want to congratulate Mrs. Milagros Barrera, Head of School of Albert Einstein International School, because she has been awarded the William Harris Award for 2008 from the Middle States Regional Assembly of the College Board organization of the United States. The William Harris Award is given annually by the Middle States Regional Assembly to one educator in the United States who exemplifies the characteristics of the person for whom the award was named, including his contributions to students, the College Board and the field of American and international education in general. Of even greater appeal, Mrs. Barrera is the first Latin American person and first Head of school from an American International overseas school awarded for this important award.

Mrs. Barrera, you are an example for the entire school community and Honduras education.

This is a fact that Albert Einstein International School is striving for excellence.

Congratulations Mrs. Barrera!
